  BEWARE Worst experience I ordered what was listed as a Balboa 58212 heater and received another product. When I contacted them about it they claimed that is not what the listing said and said they shipped the part number I received because Balboa was out of business which isn't true.

  We sent photos of the parts we needed. They sent parts which were wrong. We returned them. They charged a 20% restocking fee for parts they recommended which were wrong. Then, they avoided phone calls and refused to call us back. When I called from a different number, a guy answered and said that it was our fault because we didn't send photos. when I pointed out that I did, he said "oh you sent those in May but we didn't send the parts until October." He was pretty rude to me and refused to refund the restocking fee. Bottom line - they didn't know which parts we needed, sent wrong parts, charged us anyway. There are plenty of parts centers with great customer service that don't scam you with a "restocking fee."
